Refunds on Hosting Services
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund on all hosting plans if canceled within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your hosting service for any reason, you can request a full refund within this period.
- No Refunds After 7 Days: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the 7-day period.
Refunds on Digital Products and Services
- Software and Digital Downloads: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are typically not provided once the product is downloaded or the license key is issued.
- Exceptions: Refunds for digital products and services will only be considered if the product is not as described, is defective, or if there are other extenuating circumstances. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Domain Registrations
- No Refunds on Domains: Once a domain is registered, we cannot offer a refund due to the nature of domain name registration. Please ensure the domain name is correctly spelled before purchase.
- Domain Suspension: If a domain is suspended due to compliance issues with the registrar, no refund will be provided.
