Refunds and Delivery

For web hosting packages, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. However, we do not provide refunds, returns, or replenishment on domains. For digital products and game top-ups, payments are necessary before delivery. We strive to deliver within 10-60 minutes, occasionally taking up to 24 hours.

Payment Terms

For web design and development, we request a 50% advance payment before commencing work and deliver within 7-15 days Maintenance services are provided for one month after delivery. Graphic design and Animated video ads require full advance payment and are delivered within 5-7 days.

Billing Cycles

We offer 1, 4, 6, and 12-month billing cycles for hosting packages and 1-10 years for domains.

User Privacy

We prioritize user privacy. We only collect essential information (name, number, Gmail) for account creation and product delivery via email. Our use of cookies for Google Ads is limited to the blog page. User data is not shared, and SSL encryption is utilized. Users have the right to delete their accounts, with all associated information removed from our database.

Communication and Marketing

We do not send marketing emails unless an order is placed. After ordering, users receive order-related information only.

Hosting and Domain Registration

For hosting or domain orders, we collect necessary details for registration, providing full control over domains. Our hosting servers are protected with Imunify 360 security, DDoS protection, and firewalls.
