Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies strictly to shared hosting and reseller hosting packages. Setup fees, domain name registrations, domain transfers, and add-on services are generally non-refundable.
Dedicated Servers, VPS/RDP, and custom App/Web development projects do not qualify for our standard 30-day money-back guarantee due to the custom nature and resources allocated to these services.
To request a refund, please open a support ticket in your Client Area within 30 days of your initial purchase date. We will process your refund request as quickly as possible.
