Official Abuse Desk To file an abuse, phishing, copyright, or malware report regarding an IP address or domain hosted on our network, email: support@zenorbd.com.

1 Abuse Reporting & Investigation Process

ZENOR BD maintains a dedicated security and abuse response protocol for verified reports of unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or network-threatening activities.

Reports must include the specific affected URL or IP address, a factual description of the violation, evidence/logs, and valid contact details of the reporting party.

2 Notice & 12-Hour Resolution Window

For non-urgent, ordinary abuse cases (e.g. copyright notices, compromised single scripts, or accidental mail loops), ZENOR BD will notify the client and provide up to 12 hours to remediate the issue or provide an explanation.

If the client fails to take corrective action within the specified timeframe, the affected service will be suspended to protect server reputation.

3 Copyright & DMCA Complaints

Copyright holders submitting infringement claims must provide:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location of the infringing material on our network.
  • Sufficient proof of authorization or ownership from the rights holder.
  • A statement confirming good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

4 DMCA-Ignored Hosting Policy Clarification

Services marketed as “DMCA Ignored Hosting” operate with specialized complaint-handling workflows.

Important Operational Boundary: DMCA-Ignored hosting does NOT grant immunity from criminal activities, phishing, ransomware, botnets, child exploitation, terrorism, infrastructure attacks, or binding court orders from competent legal jurisdictions.

5 Zero Tolerance Threats (Immediate Suspension)

Phishing portals, banking fake pages, malware loaders, botnet controllers, active outbound DDoS floods, and network hacking will result in instantaneous infrastructure isolation and termination without prior warning or refund eligibility.
