This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users, accounts, and infrastructure services provided by ZENOR BD. It sets forth the prohibited uses of our network and servers to safeguard all customers and maintain network health.
DDoS/DoS attacks, packet flooding, brute-force attacks, port scanning, network vulnerability probing, and unauthorized exploitation.
Distribution of malware, ransomware, botnets, command & control (C2) servers, fake banking portals, and credential harvesting.
Unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), purchased mailing lists, header spoofing, open relays, or actions causing shared IP blacklisting.
Cryptocurrency mining scripts on shared/VPS servers, public file lockers, mirror download hubs, or unauthorized bulk media archiving.
Shared hosting environments share physical hardware resources among multiple websites. Workloads that persistently exhaust CPU, RAM, disk I/O, database connections, or inode allocations can degrade service for neighbors.
ZENOR BD will normally provide one warning for non-urgent resource overages, requesting application optimization. If excessive load continues unchecked, the account will be throttled or temporarily isolated to protect server equilibrium.
For ordinary abuse reports (e.g. copyright notices, unintentional script loops), ZENOR BD will notify the client and provide a resolution window of up to 12 hours to remediate the issue.
Products designated as “DMCA Ignored Hosting” operate with specialized complaint-handling workflows. However, this designation does not grant immunity from applicable criminal law, active malware, phishing, botnet operations, infrastructure attacks, or binding judicial orders.
