A domain name is registered upon successful payment, availability verification, and final acceptance by the registry. Registrants are required to submit accurate, up-to-date administrative, technical, and billing details.
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and restoration fees are strictly non-refundable once submitted to the central registry. Registry transactions execute instantaneously and irrevocably.
Spelling Verification: Clients must carefully verify character spelling and extension selection prior to payment. A misspelled domain or wrong TLD cannot be refunded, altered, or exchanged after submission.
If an invoice is unpaid by the expiration due date, the domain will be deactivated and suspended.
ZENOR BD generally permits standard renewal for up to 30 days after suspension without immediate deletion, subject to applicable late administrative fees and TLD-specific registry lifecycle rules.
Warning: Certain ccTLDs and premium registries do not offer a 30-day grace period and enter redemption immediately upon expiration. We strongly advise renewing domains prior to expiration.
Once a domain enters the registry redemption period, standard renewal is no longer possible. Restoration may be requested where the registry permits, subject to substantial upstream registry redemption fees. Restoration is not guaranteed.
Registrants are responsible for ensuring that their domain name selection does not infringe upon third-party trademarks or proprietary intellectual property. ZENOR BD complies with official registry locks, UDRP arbitration findings, and court orders.
